This is Duke, a son from Victor & Tillys litter, we have decided to keep a male instead of a female because our old male Tigger who is Dukes Gt grandfather is not well & was recently diagnosed with a tumour. **update Dec 08 Tigger had an operation and is now doing well**

Duke is a black male with white marks on chest and 2 back feet, he is very harsh coated which is primarily what we have been breeding towards as most people who want a family pet say the most offputting thing about a mini schnauzer is the grooming, with a harsher coat they require less trips to the groomers yet still look smart.

Duke's new pictures were added 24/01/2009, he has matured into a wonderful confident dog, he is small at 13" and very athletic,  he likes to go swimming on the beach, running through gorse bushes chasing rabbits, he never gets matted as his coat is too harsh.......oh and stealing washing from the wash basket. He is very much like his mum Tilly even down to his nature. His party trick is he likes walking around like a human on his 2 back legs!LOL

He has made a wonderful mini & he is now quite a hairy critter although not so much as his grandfather Prince & gt grandfather Tigger thankfully.

Duke is very good natured & easy to live with, even gets along with other males. Duke is living with good friends at the moment and enjoys 5 mile walks and plenty of beach fun, he is enjoying being a pampered pooch eating fresh fish caught from the sea and snuggling up on the sofa. He has been joined by April who is a Prince x Pepper daughter from the 2009 litter and also granny Pepper is living with him, so he has dog company too.

He is a proven sire and is at stud to approved bitches for 2009, he is eye tested clear 10th June 2009. Dukes black parti colour daughter Pebbles is a wonderful girl, with lots of attitude and lovely small size.
