This is Prince also known as 'Black Pip' he is a black male Miniature Schnauzer & is a very big boy.
He stands nearly 15" high & 8kgs weight so he definately couldn't be accused of being toyish.
He is a intelligent dog & loves to please people but i have to say his favorite thing of the day is dinner!(as you can tell).He will take items to the bin or laundry basket so he can have a biscuit & has done this since he was a puppy without any training.
We bred Prince ourselves he is by Tigger with a black & silver bitch (registered colour as black by the KC) that we used to own called Jet she was 12.1/2" high and 6kg weight her grandsire's were Champion Risepark Mr Nice Guy with Amourique on her fathers side & Champion Skansens Toyboy At Caskayd on her mothers side, he was the only black in the litter of 3 the other 2 being salt & pepper dog & bitch, the bitch went to a show home & has qualified for Crufts & has done well for her owner, the s&p dog is neutered & doe's obedience which i am informed he is very good at.
Princes litter mates are normal height but we think Prince has gained his size from a USA dog in his background.
Never the less he is still a fantastic pet & is very well bred,he has a good length of head & is very compact.
